So far being a vegetarian for my 30 day project been going ok Monday the 12/14/09 went well. Tuesday 12/15/09 at lunch I messed up and had a meatball sub for lunch. But that was my first time. Wednesday 12/16/09 I had cereal for breakfast lunch I had pasta and dinner I had pizza so Wednesday went well. Thursday 12/17/09 I had a bagel for breakfast. Lunch I had a slice of pizza and a drink. Dinner I had a fruit salad and strawberry kiwi yogurt. I only plan on having 1 more mistake of eating meat and it’ll be on Christmas because that’s the main meal. Which will bring me down to 2 mistakes that is pretty good for 30 days? Friday 12/18/09 I had oat meal for breakfast. Lunch I had more pasta that mostly what I been eating is carbohydrates. So when I got home my mom had bought a lot of fruit for me and some carrots because that’s like the only vegetable I like. So my mom made sure I was eating lots of the fruit around dinner or after school. It was ok because I love fruit I like almost every type of fruit. It is Saturday 12/18/09 I had egg for breakfast with hash browns and orange juice. I didn’t have lunch because I ate breakfast late so at dinner my dad brings home this giant chicken but I didn’t have any it was tempting but I didn’t eat any of it instead I had carrots some leftover pasta that was from like to nights ago. I was mad I didn’t have chicken but it was one of those things I had to give up. That basically what happen this week.

It is Sunday 12/20/09 it is another week of me trying to give up meat. Today I had breakfast at 11am I had some scramble eggs the strawberries and pineapples. I skip the sausage and bacon so that was good and I had some toast. Later for lunch I had a peanut butter and apple butter sandwich dinner my mom made tacos and I denied them I wanted them but decided not to eat them so I had a banana and some cereal it wasn’t what I planned on but at least I didn’t have any meat yet. The next day 12/21/09 I don’t have school so I slept in till 12 then ate cereal for my breakfast/lunch = brunch. Later that night I made macaroni and cheese for dinner I had carrots with it. Tuesday I skipped breakfast had a bagel for a snack with some pretzels and peanut butter. Wednesday I didn’t have any meet. Thursday on Christmas eve my family celebrated Christmas instead of tomorrow because we were going on vacation on the 26 so on Thursday I didn’t have ham like I thought I would instead I had cheese ravioli pumpkin cheesecake mash potatoes and eggnog so it went good Friday Christmas day had no meat. And the 26 of December we left on vacation instead of stopping at a McDonald’s or Burger king I ask my mom if we could stop at a pizza hut and get me some pizza because I didn’t want to eat meat. So basically I have been doing great I only messed up once. I glad I only have to do this like for one more week or two. Even though I have an urge to eat all of the great food that has meat in it I think I will be eating less of it from now on specially McDonalds and fast-food places like that.

It is know December 27 and another week for me to not eat meat. We got to are resort and it was 2 am so I had some popcorn for a snack so the next day I went to a family restaurant for breakfast I had some egg, hash browns, and pancakes. For the rest of the day I had some carrots and fruit until dinner where I had macaroni because my mom made tacos and that was the only thing I was aloud to make. The next three days 28, 29, and 30th went pretty good didn’t eat any meat. Because I didn’t have ham on Christmas my mom bought another one on are vacation so I decided to use my second mess up because I only plan on making to mistakes so on New Years Eve I had some ham I had a lot because that hopefully will hold me of till this ends. That was the only meat I had that day. Next day January 1st had no meat the 2nd and the 3rd made it Monday for dinner I had nachos only win cheese and beans because I can’t have meant of course. It is now Tuesday I skip breakfast like I usually do had some pizza for lunch and some chocolate milk. Dinner I had pasta with marinara sauce and garlic bread. Wednesday the 6th I had cereal for breakfast and a cup of strawberry kiwi yogurt. For lunch I had grilled cheese with fries and chocolate milk. Dinner I had pizza (cheese.) It is the 7th of January had no breakfast today. Lunch I had nachos and cheese and fries with drink. Dinner I made a grilled cheese and egg sandwich. It is Friday and I have finished my 30 day vegetarian project. I thought this was a great experience and that I did pretty good only messed of twice and this made me feel pretty good that I wasn’t eating animals as much as I usally would I thinking of limiting myself of having meat only 1 or twice a week. Once again I think I did a good thing by picking this it kind of change me to tell the truth.
